Different days need different rides
Some days call for a journey across the city. Others leave room for a session at home. HOOK's product concept brings outdoor electric assistance and indoor training into the same system, using the bicycle you already own.
Outdoors: focus on your route
The outdoor mode is intended to add assistance to your ride. When evaluating it, start with compatibility and how the unit feels on your bicycle. Then discuss your route, charging arrangements and the conditions that may affect range.

Indoors: check the complete setup
The product information includes an indoor trainer mode and Bluetooth pairing with cycling apps. Before planning a home setup, ask the team to demonstrate the complete arrangement and confirm the equipment required.
Ask which apps and devices have been tested, what data is shared and which controls are available. Bluetooth connectivity alone should not be taken as a promise of compatibility with every training platform.

The companion app is still in development
The website previews planned features such as ride tracking, battery information and assist controls. These previews describe the intended experience; they are not a statement that the app or every feature is already available.
Confirm both modes before you choose
If indoor training is a deciding factor, include it in your demo request. A demonstration of the setup you intend to use is the best starting point for a detailed conversation with the team.
