Start with your everyday ride
Before your demo, think about the journey you actually want to make. Is it a short trip to the station, a ride with friends, or a commute with a climb near the end? Tell the team what you want assistance to help with.
Bring the details
Have your bicycle brand and model ready, along with its wheel and tyre sizes if you know them. Ask whether you should bring the bicycle itself. A photo can help start a fitment discussion, but it should not be treated as final compatibility approval.

Watch the full fitting process
Ask to see how the unit attaches, how its position is checked and how it is removed. Have the team explain the checks you would carry out before a ride. If anything is unclear, repeat the process with their guidance.

Compare the experience
On the route agreed with the demo team, try the bicycle with and without assistance. Pay attention to control, comfort and the transition between modes. Ask about charging, storage and the support available after purchase.
Leave with your questions answered
Before reserving, confirm the proposed specification, compatibility, price and delivery expectations. Ask which details are final and which are still being confirmed for the launch batch.
